Shipping:
Items are shipped two to three times per week via USPS. If located in the US, you will receive a tracking number via email once your item has shipped. Most items are received within 7-10 days of order, however, delivery times can not be guaranteed. If you need your items by a certain date, please contact me to request upgraded shipping.
If located outside of the US, your order will ship on Friday of each week. Please note, you are responsible for your own duties and taxes charged by your country. The customs form will be marked as "Other," no exceptions.
Payment:
Payment is via Paypal. If you do not have a Paypal account, and do not want to register for one, you may check out via a credit card on the Paypal page. In the lower left corner it will ask if you would prefer to pay by credit card without an account.
Returns:
I will always do my best to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact me as soon as possible to discuss refund, exchange, or other options. Refunds will be via Paypal.
